Insanely good. The contrast and harmonies in textures and flavors in the crepe was perfect. It starts with the slightly sweet and a little nutty (from the butter) flavor of the crepe exterior. The nuttiness blends perfectly with the flavors of the wild rice, but the texture changes as soon as your teeth hit the rice. And then the rice in turn melds with the meatiness of the sauteed mushrooms inside. And the hint of creamy fontina in the middle brings it all together and (I hate to say this) kicks it up a notch. (BAM!) The red pepper sauce adds a little kick, starting off strong then becoming just a hint by the end of the bite.

Anyway, it was a good lunch.
