Shrimp Tikka Masala

This is a repeat, but it’s been a while.  The sauce is from scratch, consisting of tomatoes, thick yogurt, coconut milk, lots of spices, cilantro, onions, scallions, garlic, and lemon juice.  It’s an old standby in our house – easy and delicious.

Served with brown basmati rice and naan.

    Very good recipe. I’ve made this at home a couple of times since Ellen made it the first time and it is always great. Easy to throw together, filling, and the leftovers are just as good as on the first day. Just don’t make a double batch for one person. After 2 weeks of it for supper every day, you start to get a little sick of curry.
