New year, new lunches

Tabbouleh with feta, vegetarian dolmades, hummus, lemon-marinated olives, and pita

Adding to the weight put on by the holidays, last week Ellen took her family down to New Orleans, leaving us going to fast-food and dim sum for sustenance.

Fortunately she came back, and has resumed making us scrumdidlyumptious meals four days a week.

Today was a Mediterranean fare: Tabbouleh with feta, vegetarian dolmades, hummus, lemon-marinated olives, and pita.
